On April 8, 2025, Xuzhou Jinguan Industrial Woolen Co., Ltd. successfully put into operation FM4 # -8.0-meter wide high-end papermaking blanket. The operation of this production line marks the beginning of mass production for our company's research and development of high-end paper-making blankets, further advancing the process of supporting high-end paper-making blankets for wide and high-speed paper machines.

At present, our company has three paper-making blanket production lines with widths of 4.6 meters, 5.6 meters, and 8.5 meters. The main equipment of the new project is an 8.0-meter wide heavy-duty needle punching machine, which is part of our company's second phase project of "filling and leveling". This equipment adopts advanced DCS and QCS systems both domestically and internationally, featuring high-speed, heavy-duty, highly automated, and precise implementation of papermaking felt processes and parameters.

After the completion of this project, our company's production capacity for high-end paper-making blankets will reach over 600 tons per year. The quality grade and structure of our products will be more reasonable, and we will be able to fully utilize the efficiency of equipment imported from companies such as TEXO in Sweden, HAIGH CHADWICK in the UK, and SOMET in Italy. The produced paper-making felt has a smoother and more delicate surface, and a denser and more pressure resistant bottom mesh structure, which can meet the requirements of high-speed and wide width paper machines for paper-making felt in terms of dewatering efficiency, felt surface condition, pressure and wear resistance, texture uniformity, transmission performance, and operational stability.
